Cancellation Policy

Cannon Heritage Works Scheduling Policy At Cannon Heritage Works, we strive to provide our clients with the best service and flexibility while maintaining an organized and efficient scheduling system. Please take a moment to review our scheduling policy below: 1. Cancellations Clients may cancel a scheduled consultation up to 12 hours before the session’s start time without penalty. Any cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session will result in a cancellation fee of 50%. 2. Rescheduling Clients can reschedule a consultation at any time, as long as the rescheduled session is within the available time slots. There is no additional fee for rescheduling, but we kindly request that reschedules be made at least 12 hours in advance of the original appointment. 3. Late Bookings Late bookings are allowed, but must be made at least one hour before the scheduled start time of the session. This policy ensures that we can prepare adequately and provide our clients with the best service possible. 4. Session Format Sessions can be conducted via phone or Zoom, as preferred by the client. Please ensure that the necessary technology is available and functioning for remote consultations. 5. No-Show Policy If a client fails to attend the consultation without prior notification (no-show), it may result in a fee or restrictions on future bookings. 6. Time Zone Considerations Please be mindful of time zone differences when booking sessions, especially for clients located outside of Pacific Standard Time. Outside of work hour consultations may be available depending on staff availability and incur an additional $15 fee.
