Custom Orders and Research Services

Custom Engraving

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate text, images, dates, and instructions.

• Proofs may be provided when applicable; approval of a proof constitutes final authorization to proceed.

• Cannon Heritage Works is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

Research Services

• Historical and familial research is based on available records and sources.

• We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or specific outcomes due to limitations in historical records.

• Research results are provided for personal or educational use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Pricing and Payment

• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

• Payment is required before production or research begins unless otherwise agreed.

• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Custom Products

Due to the personalized nature of custom engraved items:

• All custom orders are final once production has begun.

• Refunds or replacements are only offered for defects or errors caused by us.

Non-Custom Items

Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.

Research Services

Research services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

• Cannon Heritage Works is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon shipment unless otherwise required by law.
