Non-custom (non-personalized) merchandise may be returned under the following conditions:

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition

• Proof of purchase is required

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Non-custom items are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, weight, and selected shipping method. Any applicable taxes or fees will be clearly displayed before purchase completion.
